How do I get started?
Sign up and wait to receive a confirmation email containing the link to our onboarding form. From there, we will gather all the information we need about your business to get started, such as your target demographics, business details, etc. Your card will not be charged for the first 7 days while your list is prepared and email template is being written.
How many companies do you have in your email database?
We have more than 22 million US business email addresses of decision makers at companies nationwide. We'll filter for industry, company size, location, job titles, and more.
Will I have to write the email content myself?
We provide full service email copywriting, and we get your approval before going live. Our experts will write a highly effective email appropriate for your business.
Will I have access to data analytics?
Yes, you will be sent login information to monitor number of emails sent, emails opened, and emails clicked. You can even see which specific companies have opened or clicked on your email, and you can opt to cold call them if you want.
Can you target only local businesses?
Yes, the good thing about email is that we can hyper-target by location. This is especially easy if you live in a bigger city. We can target by zip code, mile radius from a specific location, city, state, county, region, or nationwide.
What kind of response can I expect?
Results vary depending on the strength of the offer. Based on our aggregate data, around 10% of emails sent are opened by the recipient, with a standard deviation of 5%. And of those that open the email, an average of 10% (1% overall with a standard deviation of 0.5%) would click on a link in the email.

How reliable is your inbox placement?
We partner with top (third-party) email service providers to maximize your inboxing rate. Our infrastructure partners include household names such as MailChimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Vertical Response, and MailJet.
Can I include my own email list as well?
No, we use lists that have been verified multiple times to ensure reliability and low levels of hard bounces. But if you have a high-quality list then we can definitely incorporate it.
Do you send all the emails out at one time or is it spread out?
Emails are sent out smoothly, on a daily basis, at a steady hourly rate. This not only maximizes inbox placement, but also enables your sales team to effectively manage incoming leads without being inundated all at once.
Why is email marketing inherently cheaper than alternative forms of advertising?
Most ad mediums are controlled by a central authority (e.g. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn) who auctions off scarce ad space to the highest bidders. As a result of this bidding system, prices for ad space are driven up so that only the most efficient advertisers can survive. Email is a decentralized protocol, and has no market forces driving up prices to value-based levels.
How fresh is your data?
We clean our email records thoroughly at least one a month. We also have additional aggregate data pouring in from other campaigns on a regular basis, which is why our hard bounce rates are typically under 2%.
What kind of email templates work well?
Casual, intelligent, short, plain text emails work best in B2B campaigns. We try to avoid using typical spammy sales lingo, such as all capital letters or multiple exclamation points. Using the person's first name or company name in the subject line can substantially increase response rates - it's important to be relevant and not look like a consumer bulk email. Colloquial and succinct is usually the best way to go, with some exceptions.
